Shipping & Handling
We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options. We offers free standard shipping for inside Australia for order over $80 and express shipping for order over $100.
Order under $80 additional standard shipping cost $10 at checkout.
Order under $100 additional express shipping cost $12 at checkout.
For International shipping:
Order under $100 additional standard shipping cost $20 at checkout.
Order under $100 additional express shipping cost $30 at checkout.
(if applicable) will be calculated based on the weight and destination of the order.
All orders are processed within two business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Standard shipping usually takes five business days to arrive. Expedited shipping usually takes two business days to arrive. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and the destination address.
We are not responsible for any delays or errors caused by the shipping carrier including but not limited to lost or stolen packages, incorrect addresses or delivery attempts.
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@everloveco.com.au. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes or cancellations after the order has been shipped.
Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind due to hygiene concerns, we are happy to offer you a store credit to the value of the item(s) excluding shipping costs within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Please take note of the following:
- Unfortunately, due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot permit returns or exchanges on earrings.
- All sales consider final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns/store credit.
- Only items in their original condition, including packaging, are eligible for exchange.
We do not accept returns in some of products due to hygiene concerns cannot be returned please choose carefully, except in cases where the product is faulty or damaged. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at info@everloveco.com.au within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange for a return and refund.
Shipping back to us for an exchange is at your own expense. Ensure the item is packaged securely, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged in transit.
Once we receive the returned product and verify that it is in original condition or faulty/damaged, we will issue a refund for the product purchase price. We do not refund any shipping or handling fees.
