Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind due to hygiene concerns, we are happy to offer you a store credit to the value of the item(s) excluding shipping costs within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Please take note of the following:

  • Unfortunately, due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot permit return or exchanges on earrings.
  • All sales consider final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns/store credit.
  • Only items in their original condition, including packaging, are eligible for exchange.

We do not accept returns in some of products due to hygiene concerns cannot be returned please choose carefully, in cases where the product is faulty or damaged, if you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at info@everloveco.com.au within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange for a return and refund.

Shipping back to us for an exchange is at your own expense. Ensure the item is packaged securely, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged in transit.

Once we receive the returned product and verify that it is in original condition or faulty/damaged, we will issue a refund for the product purchase price. We do not refund any shipping or handling fees.
