Shipping policy

We offer standard shipping and express shipping options. Shipping costs (if applicable) will be calculated based on the weight and destination of the order.

All orders are processed within five business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Standard shipping usually takes five business days to arrive. Express shipping usually takes two business days to arrive within Australia and for international shipping takes about 14 days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and the destination address and international customs.

We are not responsible for any delays or errors caused by the shipping carrier, including lost or stolen packages, incorrect addresses, or delivery attempts.

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@everloveco.com.au. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes or cancellations after the order has been shipped.
